研究方向:
主要从事新型磁性功能材料的探索与研究,包括磁相变智能材料和磁电子学材料。借助第一性原理、微磁模拟等理论计算方法,多晶制备、单晶生长等实验手段,在Heusler合金、六角合金等材料体系中,研究磁场驱动马氏体相变、高自旋极化半金属性、全补偿磁结构、非共线磁结构、磁性拓扑输运、反常霍尔效应、拓扑霍尔效应、磁性斯格明子、自旋玻璃、磁交换偏置等物理行为,以及磁性相变与结构相变的耦合,共价杂化与磁性的竞争,温度、磁场、等静压条件下的磁相变及电输运等物理行为。
1.新型磁相变材料的开发及物性研究
磁相变智能材料的研究以适合航天、海洋、精密机械和智能器件的磁性材料为主要对象,以合金的基本磁性和功能特性为主要研究内容,包括电子结构的计算和实验验证,新型磁相变材料设计,以及结构和物性的表征。同时包括其他拓展研究,如磁电阻,磁熵变,交换偏置以及霍尔效应等。
2.新型磁电子学材料探索及表征
通过第一性原理计算方法研究Heusler合金的能带结构和磁结构,设计并预测具有新型单自旋半金属性质以及全补偿亚铁磁性的材料,并通过多晶制备、单晶生长、结构表征、物性测量等实验手段验证其物理性质。以具有Kagome六角结构的合金材料为基础,设计并构建磁阻挫、非共线等特殊磁结构,开发具有反常霍尔效应、拓扑霍尔效应、磁拓扑性质、磁性斯格明子、自旋玻璃、磁交换偏置等物理行为的新材料体系。

国家自然科学基金面上项目,51671024,“非共线磁结构Heusler合金的设计以及磁性和磁输运性质的研究”,2017~至今,项目重要参与人。
